1967 Chevrolet Camaro Pro Touring

Duncan Classics is pleased to offer this fully restored 1967 Chevrolet Camaro for your consideration. Under the hood of this beautiful '67 Camaro is a 540ci V8 motor that has been fully dyno tuned. The selling owner purchased a Dart M block that was then punched out to the current 540ci displacement. In 2022 the motor underwent a complete re-fresh prior to being installed into this Camaro. During the refresh process Brodix BB2 Plus heads, a Brodix HV2000 intake, Jesel rocker arms, an LSM ground custom spec 55mm billet hydraulic roller camshaft, Comp short travel roller lifters, a Forged Eagle crank with 4.25 stroke, Eagle H-Beam Rods with ARP L-19 rod bolts, King Racing connecting rod bearings, King HP series main bearings, Fel-Pro Performance rear main seal, Rollmaster billet timing set, Melling HV oil pump, Fel-Pro timing cover gaskets, Romac BBC harmonic balancer, Fel-Pro Performance MLS head gaskets, a Fel-Pro intake manifold gasket set, and Diamond BBC competition series pistons were installed. A Holley Sniper EFI system controls fuel and the exhaust setup is awesome. Needless to say, this motor is ready to rock! As previously mentioned, the motor was fully dyno tuned with horsepower and torque numbers being around the 730 mark according to the selling owner. Shifting the gears is a T56 6-speed manual transmission that sends power to the rear wheels through a narrowed 12-bolt rear end. Gears are shifted by a short throw floor shifter. A McLeod clutch was installed as well. The previously mentioned awesome exhaust system consists of Hooker Headers Super Comp long tube headers, a custom stainless steel exhaust, and Borla XR1 mufflers, all with an x-pipe to make for a truly fantastic sound. The engine is kept cool by means of a direct-fit Griffin radiator and Spal fans with a shroud. Following the completion of a frame-off restoration, this Camaro was painted in Blue Candy Tri-Coat (Color Code: Z9). Detroit Speed mini tub inner wheel housings were installed to accommodate a wider tire/wheel package. As the vehicle currently sits, it rides on Rushforth Prowler forged billet aluminum wheels that are 18x8 in the front and 19x11 in the rear. Toyo Proxes R888R can be found at all four corners. Stopping power comes from Wilwood disc brakes at all four corners with six-piston calipers in the front and four-piston calipers in the rear. Suspension highlights include tubular control arms, QA1 front, and rear coilovers, and a Ridetech splined sway bar. Inside the Camaro is an exceptionally clean custom houndstooth interior that features a VintageAir air conditioning system, Dakota Digital gauges, and an aftermarket audio system. This is an absolutely stunning car both mechanically and cosmetically. Duncan Classics is pleased to offer this fully restored 1967 Chevrolet Camaro for your consideration.
